Hi, I’m Jen!
I’ve been in the fitness industry for several years, but my journey started long before that. As a mom of five, I spent years as a stay-at-home parent, and exercise became my therapy. It helped me stay grounded and sane through the chaos of motherhood.
Over time, I transformed from being “skinny fat” to building visible muscular definition and that change gave me a confidence hat spilled over into every part of my life. Now, I‘m passionate about helping others experience the same.
I specialize in endurance training, hypertrophy strength, and explosive power movements. Through personalized program design, accountability, nutrition guidance, and exercise coaching, I‘ve helped my clients lose weight, improve mobility, and build strength. More importantly, I’ve watched them gain confidence and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives and that’s what drives me every day!
